Inc. <br />Page No. 2 <br />Section 17441 - Report of Station Information <br />The Report of Station Information (RSI) dated October 14, 1977, <br />does not accurately reflect the current operations and must be <br />updated. Inaccuracies include but are not limited to the <br />following: <br />1. As stated in the permit, the operator is Independent <br />Trucking Co. Inc. and not Delta Paper Stock Co. Inc. The <br />legal name of the operator should be addressed in.the RSI <br />and the permit. <br />2. The RDSI states that the hours of operation are from <br />8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., seven days a week. The current <br />operational hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. seven days <br />a week. <br />3. Plans and specifications for the station must be attached to <br />the RSI and must include a site location map, a site plan, <br />identification of adjacent land uses, and distances to <br />nearby residences or structures. <br />4. An engineering report describing processes to be used, <br />including proposed pollution control devices and types of <br />solid wastes to be processed must be included. <br />5. A schematic drawing of buildings and other structures <br />showing layout and general dimensions for unloading, <br />storage, compaction, processing, parking, and loading areas <br />must be included. <br />6. An estimate of the design capacity and current daily <br />capacity of the station in tons must be included. <br />7. Resume of management also needs to be updated. Joe Betts is <br />now the president of this facility. <br />NOTE: To keep the information contained in a RSI current, the <br />operator is required to file amendments to the report whenever <br />necessary. Such amendments or lack thereof may become the basis <br />for changes in the permit or for revocation of the permit. <br />Waste Managemen Specialist <br />
