Inc. <br />Page No. 10 <br />Section 17562 - Hazardous Wastes <br />I did not observe any hazardous waste being accepted at this <br />facility. <br />Section 17563 - Infectious Waste <br />I did not observe any infectious waste being received at this <br />facility. <br />Section 17564 - Liquid Wastes <br />I did not observe any liquid waste being accepted at this <br />facility. <br />The operator needs to adequately address the noted deficiencies <br />at this facility and establish the programs and plans necessary <br />to maintain it in accordance with the standards. <br />Of special concern, were the parked truck trailers and container <br />bins located outside the property boundary. The trailers are <br />vulnerable to vandalism due to lack of security measures. This <br />problem was already discussed with the operator and Dan <br />Maglionico (EBA Waste Management Consultant), and that it will be <br />included in the revised RSI. <br />ste Management )Specialist <br />
