THIS PERMIT IS ISSUED PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF PART ll, CHAPTER 16, SMC AND IS <br />SUBJECT TO THE CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL AND ATTACHED DEVELOPMENT PLAN. USE OR <br />CONSTRUCTION MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE YEAR AFTER THE DATE OF APPROVAL OR AN <br />EXTENSION MUST BE GRANTED AS PROVIDED IN THIS CHAPTER; OTHERWISE, THIS PERMIT SHALL BE NULL <br />AND VOID. THIS PERMIT IS SUBJECT TO REVOCATION AND/OR MODIFICATIONS AS PROVIDED IN THIS <br />CHAPTER. <br />1. Comply with all applicable Federal, State, County and City codes, regulations <br />and adopted standards and pay all applicable fees. <br />2. In the event that the uses prove detrimental to the health, safety, peace or <br />general welfare of the surrounding neighborhood, this Use Permit shall be <br />subject to revocation or modification as provided in the Development Code. <br />3. City streets shall not be used for loading or unloading activities. <br />4. The gates located at driveways to this site shall remain open during all <br />business hours. <br />5. All processing and storage areas shall be permanently paved prior to initiation <br />of uses in those areas. <br />
