J & H Williams, LLC <br />UP48-96 (Administratively Amended) <br />17. A phone line shall be maintained at the business for the purpose of taking <br />complaints regarding the operation of this use. Calls received on this phone <br />line shall be forwarded to an answering machine or service when the <br />business is closed, otherwise the phone shall be manned by personnel during <br />normal business hours. The phone number shall be posted on the premises <br />so that it is visible from the right-of-way and be given to the Community <br />Development Department, Planning Division, and the Police Department, <br />Neighborhood Services Division, once it is established. In addition, the phone <br />number of the Neighborhood Services Division shall be posted as an alternate <br />phone number to contact in the event that the operator of this facility is not <br />responsive to such complaints. A log shall be maintained of all phone calls <br />received, including those made to the answering machine or service. <br />NOTES: This Use Permit was administratively amended by staff with the <br />concurrence of the operator and his attorney -in response to the operator's <br />request to modify the previously -approved condition to allow 24-hour per <br />day operations, seven days a week. Changes are noted using the strike- <br />out/underline method. <br />In accordance with Section 16-460.040(c) of the Stockton Municipal Code, <br />the Community Development Director has administratively approved these <br />minor modifications to the previously -approved Use Permit.
