4. TOOLS: <br />a. It is imperative that the right tools and equipment <br />be utilized for the job and that it be used in a <br />correct manner. <br />b. Keep tools and equipment in good working condition. <br />Damaged, worn or defective tools and equipment can <br />cause injuries and shall not be used. <br />C. Do not use tools and equipment until you have been <br />properly instructed and authorized to do so. <br />d. Never remove equipment or machinery guards without <br />authorization. <br />e. Never make repairs to tools or equipment unless <br />authorized by your supervisor. <br />5. TRUCKS AND HEAVY EQUIPMENT: <br />a. Unless you have been trained and specifically <br />authorized, do not operate any equipment or <br />machinery until you have been so trained and <br />authorized by' your supervisor, regardless of your <br />experience or expertise. <br />
