� <br />- - <br />TRAINING PROGRAM <br />ON—SITE PERSONNEL <br />The load checking program is explained in detail to all site <br />personnel who are involved with inspection of the waste. These <br />employees will also attend the "Basic Hazardous Waste Awareness <br />Course" given by the San Joaquin County Office of Emergency <br />Services. The course is scheduled for March 6, 1990. All new <br />employees will be enrolled to take the course at the earliest <br />available date after the beginning of their employment with <br />Independent Trucking. The course will emphasize familiarity with <br />containers and labels typically used for hazardous wastes and <br />other hazardous materials. The course will be repeated for all <br />employees approximately every six months. <br />CONTRACT WASTE HAULERS <br />The drivers that regularly bring waste to the Independent <br />Trucking Transfer Station will also attend the "Basic Hazardous <br />Waste Awareness Course" given by the San Joaquin County Office of <br />Emergency Services, along with the Independent Trucking <br />employees, twice every year. <br />
