If the operations manager feels the materials do not <br />endanger public health or the environment, the customer is told <br />to hire a hazardous waste hauler to perform cleanup, removal, and <br />disposal of the hazardous materials. If the customer refuses to <br />arrange for the cleanup service, Independent Trucking will <br />contract with an appropriate hazardous waste hauler and will bill <br />the customer for the costs. The incident will be recorded on a <br />load checking data sheet and the California Department of Health <br />Services and the San Joaquin County Local Health District will be <br />notified. <br />` <br />
