Calendar of Important Dates for AB 2020 The following is a chronology of events that may be useful in understanding your responsibilities and the responsibilities of others in complying with the Acta These events are effective on and after the corresponding dates. r A 9-29-86 Counties and cities are prohibited from denying a permit for operation of mobile recycling uns or reverse vending machines on private property zoned for commercial or industrial uses, , This is effective only if the operator has applied for certification as a recycling center and has written permission from the property owner. This would exempt CZ's from the requirement of containing a certified recycling center.
