This facility's operations are currently in compliance with <br /> the State Minimum Standards as determine@ by a physical <br /> inspection made on February 23-24, 19$9; with California <br /> Waste Management Board, except that they violate sections <br /> 17432 - entry signs , and 17514 - parking . The conditions of <br /> this permit establish an appropriate schedule for compliance <br /> with these sections . <br /> 7 . This permit is consistent with the State Minimum Standards <br /> in that the following conditions establish an appropriate <br /> schedule for compliance with triose standards . <br /> 3 . This transfer station was established before August 13 , <br /> 1974 , therefore a finding of need and necessity from the <br /> California Waste Management Board is not required . <br /> CONDITIONS - <br /> Requirements <br /> ONDITIONS :Requirements <br /> 1 . This facility must comply with the State Minimum Standards <br /> for Solid Waste Handling and Disposal . <br /> 2 . This facility must comply with all Federal, State, and Local <br /> laws and regulations . <br /> 3 . Additional information concerning the design and operation <br /> of this facility must be furnished upon request of the <br /> Enforcement Agency. <br /> Prohibitions <br /> The following actions are prohibited at this facility : <br /> a. Disposal of residential refuse . <br /> b. Disposal of sewage sludge . <br /> C. Disposal of liquids/slurries . <br /> d . Disposal of hazardous or infectious wastes . <br /> e. Disposal of agriculture wastes . <br /> f. Disposal of septic tank pumping. <br /> g . Disposal of dead animals . <br /> h. Disposal of cannery wastes . <br /> Specifications <br /> 1 . The San Joaquin Local Health District, through this permit, <br /> may prohibit, or modify the conditional handling and/or <br /> disposal of solid waste to protect the public health and <br /> safety . <br /> 2 . Any significant alteration to the operation or the design of <br /> this transfer station may require a solid waste permit <br /> revision . <br />
