3 . The Transfer Station shall be operated and maintained so as <br /> not to create a public nuisance or noise hazard. <br /> 4 . Adequate measures for prompt fire control as required by <br /> local fire authorities shall be maintained by the operator. <br /> 5 . Litter and loose materials shall be routinely collected and <br /> disposed of properly. Collection frequency shall be set <br /> with the objective of preventing any accumulation on the <br /> adjacent properties . <br /> Proy�.s fans <br /> 1 . This permit is subject to review by the Local Enforcement <br /> Agency, and may be modified, suspended, or revoked, for <br /> sufficient cause . <br /> 2 . Approved safety equipment shall be provided for all <br /> employees operating equipment at this facility. <br /> 3 . The following provisions have be met: <br /> a. Report of Station Information has been provided to the <br /> San Joaquin Local Health District required by Title 14, <br /> California Code of Regulations, Chapter 3 , section <br /> 17441 on March 20, 1989 . <br /> b. Section 17482 - entry signs have been provided, per San <br /> Joaquin Local Health District inspection on May 2 , <br /> 1989 . <br /> C. Section 17514 - parking along the street (north of the <br /> facility and south is owned by Mr. Garavano) and is not <br /> causing traffic slow down. The transfer vehicles are <br /> only there for a short period of time until first <br /> trailer is loaded. <br /> NOTE: South of station all trailers have been removed <br /> and area cleaned up as of May 2 , 1989 inspection. <br /> toring Program <br /> Records , including but not limited to the following items , shall <br /> be monitored by the operator of this facility. These records <br /> shall be kept and made available to the Enforcement Agency upon <br /> request: <br /> a. Quantity and types of wastes received at the site per <br /> day and per week . <br /> b. Quantity and types of wastes salvaged per week . <br /> c. Number of vehicles utilizing the site per day and per <br /> week . <br />
