Garavano since 1935. Mr. Gregory Basso is <br /> the contact person for the Applicant, Independent Trucking, Incorporated, a <br /> subsidiary of Delta Container Corporation. <br /> The 2.�4 acre property is located at 401 South Lincoln Street in the City of <br /> Stockton (Block Numbers 3 and 4 on Assessor's Parcel Map 147-03). It is <br /> bordered to the north by Sonora Street, to the south by Church Street, to the <br /> east by Lincoln Street, and both sides of Harrison Street are at the west, with <br /> Stockton s Shelter for the Homeless providing a western border. A large <br /> portion of the shelter's clients are pedestrians, and many utilize the buyback <br /> services at Independent Trucking. <br /> The facility area and all developed or potentially developed property within at <br /> least 1,O J0 feet of the'site boundaries is designated as industrial and zoned <br /> Medium Industrial (M-2). There are 21 known residential dwellings within <br /> 5- <br /> -l'vl <br /> Recycled Paper <br />
