UKAFT which includes the hazardous waste load checking program. Employees also attend the "Basic Hazardous Waste Awareness Course" given by the San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services. At the entrance of the station a sign is posted prohibiting the disposal of hazardous waste at this facility. If hazardous wastes are encountered then the waste materials will be directed to an appropriate disposal site. Additional measures may be required upon the request of Local Enforcement Agency (LEA) and the Board. I. Anticipated changes in the design and operation in the next 5 years are: A. Expanding the storage area of the station into the non-permitted area. This area will be paved and a storm drainage will be installed. B. Used oil and used batteries may be accepted at the station and recycled. A plan of operation must be submitted to the Local Enforcement Agency before " the handling of used oil and used batteries are approved. J. Hours of Operation: 6:00 A.M. - 6300 P.M. - Daily occasionally station operations will be open after 6:00 P.M. due to equipment breakdown and maintenance. Occasional late delivery of materials will be accepted. 2. The following list of agencies and documents that condition the operation and use of the facility. a. Report of Station Information dated September, 1991. b. Fire department permit No. 13122 issued by the City of Stockton dated May 23, 1990. 3 . The design and operation of the facility is in compliance with the state minimum standards for solid waste handling and disposal as determined on September 24, 1991. 4 . The following findings are required: a. The permit is consistent with the Stockton City General Plan. b. The permit is consistent with standards adopted by the California Integrated Waste Management Board.
