The following findings are required: <br /> a. The permit is consistent with the San Joaquin <br /> County General Plan. <br /> b. The permit is consistent with standards adopted by <br /> the California Integrated Waste Management Board. <br /> 4 . The design and operation of the facility is in compliance <br /> with state minimum standards for solid waste handling and <br /> disposal as determined by the Local Enforcement Agency on <br /> October 25, 1990. <br /> S. The facility shall be in compliance with flammable clearance <br /> provisions as required by the Manteca - Lathrop Fire District. <br /> CONDITIONS REQUIREMENTS <br /> 1. The facility must comply with state minimum standards for <br /> solid waste handling and disposal. <br /> 2 . This facility must comply with all federal, state, and <br /> local requirements and enactments. <br /> 3 . Any additional information concerning the design and <br /> operation of this facility must be provided as required <br /> by the Local Enforcement Agency. <br /> PROHIBITIONS <br /> a.
