A copy of CIWMB staff s inspection report is enclosed for your records. A copy <br /> of this correspondence and the inspection report has also been forwarded to Jaime L. Perez, Solid <br /> Waste Operations Manager, for San Joaquin County Department of Public Works. <br /> The facility was evaluated for compliance with applicable sections of Division 30 PRC, and with <br /> Title 14, California Code of Regulations, Division 7, Chapter 3, Transfer/Processing Operations <br /> and Facilities Regulatory Requirements. <br /> During the inspection CIWMB staff noted the following: <br /> I. There were no violations of Division 30 PRC. <br /> 2.
