There were three areas of concern of Title 14, California Code of Regulations, Division <br /> 7, Chapter 3, Transfer/Processing Operations and Facilities Regulatory Requirements: <br /> • Section 18221.6—Transfer/Processing Report; <br /> • Section 17409.5—Loadchecking; and, <br /> • Section 17407.5 -Hazardous,Liquid, and Special Wastes. <br /> As the San Joaquin County local enforcement agency, please continue to work with the operator <br /> to bring this facility into compliance with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. <br /> Appropriate enforcement action should be taken by the local enforcement agency as necessary to <br /> ensure compliance. Please note on future local enforcement agency monthly inspection reports <br /> the operator's progress in correcting the above noted areas of concern. <br /> The San Joaquin County local enforcement agency's cooperation with CIWMB staff during the <br /> recent inspection is appreciated. As always, this office is available to assist the local <br /> enforcement agency at any point in the compliance process.
