There were three areas of concern of Title 14, California Code of Regulations, Division <br /> 7, Chapter 3, Transfer/Processing Operations and Facilities Regulatory Requirements: <br /> • Section 18221.6—Transfer/Processing Report; <br /> • Section 17409.5—Loadchecking; and, <br /> • Section 17407.5 -Hazardous,Liquid, and Special Wastes. <br /> As the San Joaquin County local enforcement agency, please continue to work with the operator <br /> to bring this facility into compliance with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. <br /> Appropriate enforcement action should be taken by the local enforcement agency as necessary to <br /> ensure compliance.
