Baier <br />Title: Solid Waste Site Manager <br />Experience Summary E Vv <br />Mr. Baier has been with the County since 1989, starting as equipment operator at the now -closed <br />Corral Hollow Landfill. Equipment Operator Foreman in 1995, after which he was transferred to <br />the Lovelace Transfer Facility. Mr. Baier was promoted to Materials Recovery Supervisor in <br />2002. and then to Solid Waste Site Manaizer in 2008. <br />Mr. Baer has: <br />• Completed the 40 -hour certification course for Hazardous Waste Operations 2007 <br />• Completed Solid Waste Association of North America Manager o Land a�perations <br />("MOLO") training in 1996 <br />• Completed the Transfer Station Auditing Procedures course presented by Blue Ridge <br />Consultants in 2008 <br />• Completed the California Environmental Protection Agency course for State Minimum <br />Ol Standards -for Composting Transfer Stations, and CDI Facilities in 2007 <br />In his present position, Mr. Baier plans, assigns and supervises, either personally or though <br />subordinate supervisors, the operation of the Lovelace Transfer Station, and provides assistance as <br />needed for the maintenance of the closed Corral Hollow Sanitary Landfill. <br />C <br />Mr. Baier insbects assigned areas of responsibility. identifies and sets the priority for Droiects, and <br />reports major issues as appropriate to his supervisors.
