PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY <br /> Section 17409.3 requires that all salvaged ged material (which would include green waste)be <br /> arranged to minimize risk of fire or other hazards or nuisance, while Section 17415.2 requires <br /> that all solid waste facilities have fire suppression equipment continuously available,properly <br /> maintained and located as required by the local fire authority.
