These trucks then make their second and third runs outside the project site area, and only return to the project site after their last
run of the day, which occurs during the time between the a.m.and p.m.peak hours. The exception to this pattern is the approximate 1.5 tons per day handled at the project
site, but those trips also occur at times outside of the peak traffic hours.
2 All future trips would be made between the project site and the various waste origins or waste/recyclable destinations. Existing daily Residential/Commercial collection
vehicle trips are made in the same regional area as under future project conditions.
SOURCE: Stockton Scavenger Association, and Environmental Science Associates, 1999
Stockton Scavenger Transfer Station F-yansion III.C.7 ESA/990190
