The Stockton Scavenger Transfer Station is a large volume <br /> transfer station. The facility is located at 1240 Navy <br /> Drive, Stockton, California, San Joaquin County . <br /> B. The Stockton Scavenger Corporation yard is located within <br /> Moss Garden Tract, Block 34, lots 4 and 37 , and occupies <br /> approximately 3 . 9 acres . Directly adjacent and east of the <br /> corporation yard is an undeveloped parcel of approximately <br /> 1 . 7 acres owned by Stockton Scavenger and used as a storage <br /> yard on lot 10 , also within Block 34 . <br /> C. The station has a mobile office, stationary compactor, two <br /> bay washing facilities , and a series of commercial storage <br /> buildings throughout the station. (A site location map is <br /> included as Appendix A to this report) . <br /> D.
