The following documents condition the design and operation of this <br /> facility. <br /> 1. Fire Department Permit Number 5497 issued January 24, 1977 <br /> by the City of Stockton. <br /> E Adjacent land within 1000 ' of the Station is zoned as follows : <br /> 1 . M=1 - Light Industrial. <br /> 2. -1 - Residential. <br /> 3 . CM - Commercial Manufacturing. <br /> 4. M-2 - Medium Industrial. <br /> F. This facility' s operations are currently in substantial compliance <br /> with State Minimum Standards as determined by a physical inspection <br /> made on March 1, 1978 , except that they violate Sections 17462 , 17481 <br /> and 17497 . The conditions of this permit establish an appropriate <br /> schedule for compliance with these sections . <br /> G. San Joaquin County has no solid waste management plan, but this site <br /> was established before August 1 , 1974, therefore no finding of need <br /> and necessity from the State Solid Waste Management Board is required. <br /> H. This permit is consistent with the State Minimum Standards in that <br /> the following conditions establish an appropriate schedule for com- <br /> pliance with those standards . <br /> II CONDITIONS : <br /> A. Requirements : <br /> 1. This facility must comply with all of the State Minimum Standards <br /> for Solid Waste Handling and Disposal. <br /> 2. This facility must comply with all federal, state, and local <br /> requirements and enactments . <br /> 3. The San Joaquin Local Health District reserves the right to <br /> require additional information concerning the design and <br /> operation of this facility. <br /> B. Prohibitions : <br /> 1. The following actions are prohibited at the facility: <br /> a. Handling of hazardous wastes . <br /> b . Scavenging. <br /> C. Open burning. <br /> d. Handling of dead animals . <br />
