This Use Permit shall be subject to all applicable <br /> mitigation measures which are identified in Final EIR5-88 <br /> and adopted in the attached "Stockton Scavenger Transfer <br /> Station Expansion Project Findin s of Fact Pursuant to <br /> Sections 15091 and 15093 of the State CEQA Guidelines°°, as <br /> amended, as being necessary to reduce the impacts of the <br /> project to a less-than-significant or otherwise acceptable <br /> level. The applicable mitigation measures shall be <br /> implemented in coordination with project development when <br /> and as determined by the Community Development Director <br /> and/or by other City departments and <br /> public agencies <br /> having jurisdiction by law over specific aspects of the <br /> project.
