10. Describe training plan for station operation and maintenance <br />which emphasizes safety, health environmental controls and <br />emergency procedures (14 CCR 17472). <br />11. Provide a list of all equipment used at this facility. <br />Stationary compaction equipment is mentioned in "Equipment <br />Maintenance", but not located on any site map or station <br />layout (indicate type and model). <br />12. If respirators are issued, maintain training records for fit <br />testing and certification. <br />13. Describe methods used to sort materials at transfer station. <br />14. Provide a letter from the local fire authority, approving <br />the fire protection system at facility. <br />15.
