The fee shall be automatically adjusted annually by the Engineering <br />Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. (Resolutions R- <br />90-304, R-91-1025, and R-93-167) <br />f. The applicant shall prepare an analysis of Corral Hollow Creek for a 24-hour, 100 -year <br />storm event. If necessary, berming shall be constructed to protect the site. <br />5. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br />a. A soil suitability study, as required by Development Title Section 9-1105.2(d), which <br />indicates that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be performed prior to <br />recordation of the Parcel Map. A review fee is required at the time of submittal to the <br />Environmental Health Division. <br />b. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system under permit and inspection by the <br />Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development. (Development Title <br />Sections 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4) <br />C. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of employees the <br />sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the leach field area will be <br />barricaded so that it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This <br />leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any <br />underground utility lines. (Development Title Section 9-110.4(c)(5)) <br />d. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Division <br />prior to occupancy. Should the number of nonresident individuals exceed 24 for at least <br />60 days per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to <br />operate a public water system under the provisions of California Code of Regulations, <br />Title 22, will be required by the Environmental Health Division and Development Title <br />Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9. <br />e. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and <br />discharged to an aboveground system approved by the Environmental Health Division. <br />This system must be designed by a registered engineer. The material collected in the <br />aboveground holding system must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to <br />disposal. Specific test requirements may be obtained from the Environmental Health <br />Division. A $156.00 plan check fee is required at the time of submittal. <br />If hazardous material is stored on the site, the applicant must register with the County <br />Office of Emergency Services. <br />6. AIRPORT LAND USE COMMISSION: <br />a. If a bird hazard is identified, the applicants will be required to provide mitigation such as <br />netting, a noise system, or other means to ward off birds. <br />
