Site Approval SA-96-38 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on September 4, 1996. A copy <br /> of this Site Approval is attached in Appendix B. <br /> 12. All Conditions of Approval to SA-96-38 have been complied <br /> with.
