This <br /> will be controlled by the fact that the waste will be consumed <br /> by the cattle within 48 hours. The tomato mud will be managed <br /> by stirring to eliminate any potential odors. <br /> The potential for vectors (flies) will be mitigated by <br /> spreading the tomato mud in thin layers thus promoting rapid <br /> evaporation. <br /> 11. Site Approval SA-96-38 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on September 4, 1996. A copy <br /> of this Site Approval is attached in Appendix B. <br /> 12. All Conditions of Approval to SA-96-38 have been complied <br /> with. Attached (Appendix B) is a letter from San Joaquin <br /> County, Department of Public Works stating that no additional <br /> traffic will be generated by this operation and no Traffic <br /> Impact Mitigation Fees will be due. <br /> • <br /> • <br /> • <br /> • <br />
