An Organization Chart and resumes of the Management Team for the Tracy Materials Recovery <br /> and Transfer Facility are included in Appendix E. The Management Team consists of Mike <br /> Repetto as General Manager, Harry Miller as Operations Manager and Scott Stortroen as Shop <br /> Superintendent. <br /> 2. TRAINING <br /> Facility personnel will be trained in all facility operations including products, materials, <br /> composting principles, contaminants, equipment operation, windrow composting,environmental <br /> impacts, health and safety issues, and quality control measures. <br /> Particular emphasis will be placed on health and safety issues, including the safe operation of <br /> equipment. Equipment operators will be licensed as required. Regular safety meetings will be <br /> held to discuss operating procedures, identification of waste materials, accident reporting, safety <br /> awareness, and any other safety related issues. Environmental risks, assessment and mitigation <br /> procedures will be emphasized, also. All personnel will receive fire prevention and control <br /> training. <br /> Facility personnel will complete a hazardous waste materials management training program. The <br /> training program will familiarize personnel with emergency procedures, equipment,and systems. <br /> Personnel will complete an annual hazardous materials management refresher training program. <br /> Personnel will be cross-trained to perform various functions at the MRF/Transfer Station. <br /> 3. SUPERVISION <br /> a. Level of Supervision <br /> Site supervision and responsibilities are identified in Table 4 above. <br /> b. Emergency Contact List <br /> The following, Table 6, identifies the personnel to be contacted in the case of an emergency at <br /> the facility. The list will be revised as necessary.
