OPERATOR <br /> Tracy Material Recovery & Solid Waste Transfer, Inc. will operate the facility. Tracy Delta <br /> Collection Service, Inc. has operated a refuse collection service for 43 years servicing residential <br /> and commercial accounts and currently collects refuse and recyclables from approximately <br /> 12,000 accounts. The emergency contact list above, Table 6, identifies the owner and operator <br /> and respective mailing address. <br /> C. FACILITY EQUIPMENT <br /> 1. TYPE, CAPACITY S <br /> 1 - Industrial Tub Grinder, minimum 25-tons per hour capacity, with knuckleboom <br /> loader and conveyor system. <br /> 1 - Front-end Loader, wheeled, minimum 3-cubic yard capacity bucket with brush <br /> clamps.
