28. A soil suitability study,as required by Development Title Section 9-1105.2(d),which indicates that the area <br /> is suitable for a septic tank system must be performed prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. A review <br /> fee is required at the time of submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> 29. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division is required a the time of development. (Development Title Sections 9-1110.3 and 9- <br /> 1110.4) <br /> 30. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of employees the sewage disposal <br /> system is being designed for and that the leach field area will be barricaded so that it cannot be driven <br /> over,parked on or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only <br /> and cannot contain any underground utility lines. (Development Title Section 9-110.4(c)(5)) <br /> 31. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Division prior to <br /> occupancy. Should the number of nonresident individuals exceed 24 for at lest 60 days per year, or the <br /> number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system under the <br /> provisions of California Code of Regulations, Title 22, will be required by the Environmental Health <br /> Division and Development Title Sections 9-1120.2 and 91115.9 <br /> 32. If floor drains are requires, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and discharged to an above <br /> ground system approved by the Environmental Health Division. This system must be designed by a <br /> registered engineer. The material collected in the above ground holding system must be analyzed for <br /> hazardous constituents prior to disposal. Specific test requirements may be obtained from the <br /> Environmental Health Division. A $156.00 plan check fee is required at the time of submittal. <br /> 33. If hazardous material is stored on the site,the applicant must register with the County Office of Emergency <br /> Services. <br /> 34. If a bird hazard is identified, the applicants will be required to provide mitigation such as netting, a noise <br /> system or other means to ward off birds. <br /> C. OPERATIONAL REQUMEMENTS <br /> The facility will be operated in accordance with regulations defined in Title 14, Division 7, <br /> Chapter 3, CCR and all governing federal and local regulations and permits.
