Ile SOP shall include measures to allow for the shorted possible <br /> holding time of waste brought to the fw-ility, as well as contingency measures in the event of excess odor <br /> generation and/or nuisance complaint. <br /> Is. The tipping floor area and transfer trailers shall be cleaned daily. Transfer trailers shall be periodically <br /> steam cleaned to remove accumulated grease and dirt. <br /> 19. In carrying out the operations of the project, the applicant shall take no actions that violate the provision <br /> of the State or Federal Endangered Species Acts or any regulations promulgated pursuant thereto. <br /> Compliance with said laws shall be the sole responsibility of the applicant, and the applicant agrees to <br /> indemnify, defend, and hold the county harmless from and against any claim or action by affected State <br /> or Federal agencies as to the project's compliance with said laws. <br /> 20.
