a. Detailed Site Plan <br /> Figure 3 in Appendix A and Sheet 2 of the Preliminary Development Plans is the proposed <br /> facility Site Plan that shows the property boundary, existing topography, and general layout and <br /> dimensions for buildings, access roads and paved areas, parking for trucks and employees, <br /> material load out area, public buy back area, truck fueling and wash area and the wood storage <br /> and yard waste composting area. <br /> 1. Tiping Areas <br /> Tipping areas in the MRF/Transfer Building are separated for commercial haulers, public <br /> non-processable loads and loads for processing. Non-processable loads will be unloaded <br /> on the east,.side of the building for both commercial and self-haul with commercial on <br /> the south and self-haul on the no end. Material will be moved by rubber-tired front- <br /> end loaders directly to the top loading area. Processable loads will unload at the <br /> northwest comer of the building in the area of the in-floor conveyor. The material is <br /> moved by front-end loaders to the conveyor pit for mechanical and manual separation of <br /> recyclables. These separate tipping areas are indicated on Figure 7 and on Sheet 6 of <br /> the Preliminary Development Plans. The tipping area for wood and yard waste will be <br /> in the unloading area of the wood storage and yard waste composting area as shown on <br /> the Preliminary Site Plan (Figure 3). Public drop off for recyclables will be at the buy- <br /> back center also shown on Figure 3. <br /> 2. Storage Areas <br /> Storage for waste awaiting loading for transfer will be on the tipping floor at the east side <br /> of the building. An approximate area of 125 feet by 200 feet is available within the <br /> building. Processed material in bales, bins(` r bunkers-will be stored in the building or <br /> in areas outside the building on the'west ana-_�66fth-sid6s'. Baled paper material stored <br /> ___ <br /> outside will be under cover.
