3. Parking Areas <br /> Parking for the majority of trucks, trailers and equipment will be in the truck parking <br /> area north of the MRF/Transfer Building as indicated on Figure 3. Employee parking <br /> is available east of the Office/Maintenance Building. Additional paved area west of the <br /> Office/Maintenance is available for parking and storage for containers, bins, etc. <br /> 4. Access <br /> Except for employee traffic, all vehicles will enter and exit the facility at the main <br /> entrance near the north end of the site from McArthur Drive. McArthur Drive is a <br /> County maintained two-lane paved road. <br /> b. Building Floor Plans <br /> A Preliminary Building Floor Plan for the MRF/Transfer Building is shown on Figure 7 and on <br /> Sheet 6 of the Preliminary Development Plans. The area allowed for material processing is on <br /> the west side of the building and consists of equipment including conveyors, sorting stations and <br /> magnetic separator. Material for baling will be directed to the baler pit and conveyor at the <br /> southwest end of the building and loaded for transfer off-site at the loading dock. <br /> Figure 8 and Sheet 7 show the Preliminary Floor Plan for the Office/Maintenance Building <br /> which includes an office and administrative areas and a shop/maintenance area. Four <br /> maintenance bays are provided in addition to a paint booth, parts storage, and a wash area. <br /> C. Traffic Flow Plan <br /> A proposed Traffic Flow Plan is shown on Figure 5 for all the waste unloading and loading <br /> vehicles. All traffic, except employee vehicles, will enter and exit at the main entrance off of <br /> McArthur Drive as indicated on Figure 5. All incoming vehicles will be required to stop at the <br /> Gatehouse for weighing and/or inspection.
