Based on the estimates of vehicle counts, and the estimated peak arrival times (included in <br /> Appendix D), the facility has been designed to provide sufficient vehicle unloading areas and <br /> more than adequate queuing distances. The Gatehouse in located approximately 700 feet from <br /> the entrance on MacArthur Drive which allows more than enough stacking distance for vehicles <br /> waiting to be weighed. <br /> E. STATION RECORDS AND REPORTING PROCEDURES <br /> Records of the station operation will be maintained at the facility by the site manager and <br /> physically kept on site in the Office/Maintenance Building. <br /> 1. WEIGHT VOLUME RECORDS <br /> The following records will be maintained at the facility and shall include, but not be limited to: <br /> • Type and quantity of materials received <br /> • Type and quantity of materials recovered <br /> • Type and quantity of materials removed <br /> The format for maintaining these records shall be in a form acceptable to the LEA and CIWMB. <br /> All incoming and outgoing material will be weighed and entered into a computer program for <br /> ease in producing reports of total material received, recovered and removed from the facility. <br /> Self-haul loads will be converted from an estimated cubic yard basis. <br /> 2. SPECIAL OCCURRENCES <br /> All special occurrences, such as fires, injury or property damage, accidents, incidents regarding <br /> hazardous wastes, or other unusual occurrences, shall be reported by site employees and logged <br /> by the site manager. The information will be logged the day of the occurrence. Depending on <br /> the severity of the occurrence and if required by the CIWMB, RWQCB or LEA, a brief report <br /> describing the occurrence, remedial activities and possible modifications to current operations <br /> to prevent a similar occurrence from happening again will be prepared.
