Comments: ' a-e) All water required for facility operations including potable water, is obtained from an onsite groundwater supply well (EHD Permit#4552)This well was approved by the Environmental Health Department in 1994.This onsite well also supplies an onsite 150,000 gallon storage ;tank to satisfy local fire protection requirements.As a Condition of Approval,the Environmental Health Department Is requiring a yearly permit to operate a public water system should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per ='rybar or if ttie number of service connections exceed four.Therefore any impacts to water :-supplies mailable to serve the project will be less than significant. -Sanitary sewer wastes-are collected and dispose of in a subsurface leach field installed on .., site.The design of this system is per San Joaquin County Public Health Services , quiremec;}ts:The septic system was approved by the EHD(Permit 4260) in 1995. If the `existing septic system Is determined to be inadequate during the proposed expansion,then _...,the_construction of ian Individual.sewage.disposal system(.s.).will be.required at.the time of . development which meets the requirements of the Environmental Health Department. :j For 3torm:drainage,.the facility will operate under a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan filed with California State Water Resources Control.Board.The facility will operate on concrete or asphalt concrete.Surface water runoff,including all process water,will be directed td an onsite retention basin by use of a grading design,drain pipes and drainage ditches,where it will be properly treated, if necessary,to ellfhinate potential environmental Impacts.Water will be pumped from the retention basin for facility use in operations, Including fire and dust control.The retention basin has been designed to retain all surface water runoff resulting from a.1 00 year, 24 hour storm event.Site personnel;will regularly inspect ani;maintain the storm drains,drainage ditches and basin.The project will.not inquire new.public utility syi�terns,or district boundary changes.Therefore,:any impacts for sxorm water discharge will be less than significant. ,, .
