If the <br /> `existing septic system Is determined to be inadequate during the proposed expansion,then <br /> _...,the_construction of ian Individual.sewage.disposal system(.s.).will be.required at.the time of . <br /> development which meets the requirements of the Environmental Health Department. <br /> :j <br /> For 3torm:drainage,.the facility will operate under a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan <br /> filed with California State Water Resources Control.Board.The facility will operate on <br /> concrete or asphalt concrete.Surface water runoff,including all process water,will be <br /> directed td an onsite retention basin by use of a grading design,drain pipes and drainage <br /> ditches,where it will be properly treated, if necessary,to ellfhinate potential environmental <br /> Impacts.Water will be pumped from the retention basin for facility use in operations, <br /> Including fire and dust control.The retention basin has been designed to retain all surface <br /> water runoff resulting from a.1 00 year, 24 hour storm event.Site personnel;will regularly <br /> inspect ani;maintain the storm drains,drainage ditches and basin.The project will.not <br /> inquire new.public utility syi�terns,or district boundary changes.Therefore,:any impacts for <br /> sxorm water discharge will be less than significant. ,, . <br />
