MacArthur Drive, Tracy, California 95377 <br />Facility Overview <br />Tracy Material Recovery & Solid Waste Transfer, Inc. proposes to expand <br />Construction & Demolition (C&D)/Inert Debris processing operations, in two <br />phases, at the Tracy Material Recovery and Transfer Facility (Tracy MRF & TS or <br />"Facility") in order to process source -separated and mixed C&D and Type A <br />clean inert debris into reusable material. <br />In Phase 1, the operations will be relocated to the southern area of the site <br />depicted on the proposed Site Plan (Figure 2) and continue as a "floor sort" <br />operation, utilizing manual labor and mobile equipment to separate the debris. <br />Phase 2 operations will include the construction of a mechanical sort line to more <br />efficiently process the mixed C&D materials, providing increased design capacity <br />— to 400 tons per day (TPD) of mixed C&D; a total of 600 TPD, including inert <br />debris) as well as improved quality for the recovered recyclable materials. <br />Names of Operator and Owner and Key Employees <br />Facility Name: Tracy Material Recovery Facility and Transfer Station <br />Facility Location: 30703 S.
