Phase 1 operations at 200 TPD; with a floor sort, <br />can be processed manually at 20-30 tons per <br />hour. <br />• Phase 2 operations at 400 TPD; with processing <br />capacity of 15 tons per hour (TPH) on pre-sort, <br />and 30 TPH on the C&D Processing Line, <br />provides a capacity of 45 tons per hour, or 540 <br />TPD, where a peak of 400 TPD is being <br />permitted. <br />Emergency Waiver of <br />An emergency waiver of standards is a waiver issued <br />Standards <br />by the LEA which grants a solid waste facility operator <br />temporary relief from specific state minimum standards <br />or specific terms or conditions of a solid waste facility <br />permit. Unusual peak loading could be handled by the <br />facility during an Emergency Waiver of Standards, in <br />the event a state of emergency is declared by the <br />Governor. The waiver will not pose a threat to public <br />health, safety or the environment. The operator intends <br />to operator within the nuisance control measures <br />outlined in Title 14 and provided in LEA Advisory No. <br />41 dated July 14, 1997. <br />Equipment Type and Classification <br />The description of the transfer, recovery and processing equipment, including <br />classification and capacity is provided below.
