The applicant shall enter in to an agreement to pay an annual road maintenance fee of $0.06 <br />per equivalent ton of material entering the site beg ening with issuance of first building <br />ermit. The fee is based upon the January 2012 ENR Construction Cost Index of 9,176, and <br />will be adjusted annually. <br />7. The Traffic impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due <br />and payable at the time of each building permit application.
