Phase 1 to increase the daily waste capacity from 1,000 tons per day (TPD) to 1,800 TPD within <br />ten years. Phase 1 site improvements will include: <br />• Addition of 19,200 square feet to the existing 57,200 square foot material recovery facility and <br />transfer station building, <br />• Addition of 10,500 square feet to the existing maintenance and administration building, <br />• Construction of a one mega -watt wood waste bio -mass gasification unit. <br />• Construction of a 5,000 square foot covered storage area and loading dock <br />Phase 2 to increase the daily waste capacity from 1,800 TPD to 2,500 TPD within twenty years. <br />The project will employ 160 persons and operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All outdoor processing <br />activities will not begin before 6:00 am and will not operate after 10:00 pm. On site activities to include <br />vehicle maintenance, equipment storage and truck parking, construction and demolition of inert debris, <br />processing wood waste grindings, appliance recycling and associated waste handling activities.
