A maximum of one to two truckloads of expired bakery products <br /> will be received at the site per day. The bakery products are unloaded onto the concrete floor of our small warehouse <br /> and stored on site typically for one two days but no longer than one week from receipt. Loose paper, plastic, and <br /> cardboard are collected and recycled or disposed of locally through the City of Tracy municipal garbage service. The <br /> bakery products are loaded into highway trucks using one wheel loader for shipment to our main feed processing <br /> facility in Selma, California. <br /> Days and Hours of 012eration t ical : 5 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday <br /> Acreage: Facility Size: 0.61 Acre Area <br /> Operating Area: 0.15 Acre Area <br /> Facility Design Capacity: Site Capacity: 200 Tons <br /> Peak Loading: 75 Tons/Day <br /> Annual Loading: 10,000 Tons <br /> Note: Site capacity is determined by the measured area of the warehouse subtracting <br /> driveway/drive through lanes, grease tank storage, and other product storage area.This is the <br /> area strictly used for storage of expired bakeproducts. <br /> Types&Daily Quantities of Waste: Expired Bakery Products(i.e. bread, cookies, bagels,tortillas, etc.: 1 —2 <br /> truckloads per day <br /> Minimum Standard Compliance: <br /> General Design Requirements: Expired bakery products are received, stored, and shipped inside of an <br /> enclosed warehouse. Site traffic is very light and public nuisances are <br /> managed by keeping most activities indoors and by limiting timeframe that <br /> material is stored on site. <br /> Burning Wastes and Open Burning: No burning of wastes occurs on site. <br /> Cleaning: General cleaning occurs daily for the facility and equipment. <br /> Drainage Control: The site is an enclosed warehouse which is located in a pre-existing <br /> industrial park with drainage in place. <br /> Dust Control: Little to no dust will be generated from waste handling activities. <br /> Hazardous, Liquid, and Special Hazardous, liquid, and special wastes are not generated, received, or kept <br /> Wastes: on site. <br /> Litter Control: Litter is picked up daily and disposed of through the City of Tracy. <br /> Medical Wastes: No medical wastes are generated, received, or kept on site. <br /> Noise Control: Noise control is not required for this site or operation. <br />
