Mr. Huang is looking at new technology in feeding additives to <br /> laying birds in order to eliminate fly breeding concerns in houses <br /> or in fields to land. <br /> III. The above Manure Management Plan is only as reliable as the Management of <br /> Mr. Huang and the signed contracts with Mr. Martin and Mr. Henslee who <br /> have contracted to remove manure off site for fertilizer for crop production. <br /> Should any of the Manure Management plan contract participants decide to <br /> terminate their agreements, an amended Manure Management plan must be <br /> submitted to PHS-EHD within thirty (30) days. <br /> IV. Prior Approvals by Environmental Health for Operating Poultry Farm <br /> 1. Manure Management Plan will be signed by Mr. Bill Huang. <br /> 2. Yearly Permit fee of $100.00 will be required. <br /> 3. Agreement will be signed by all manure haulers in the Manure <br /> Management Plan. <br /> 4. A prior inspection fee of $78./Hr. will be charged by Environmental <br /> Health to insure that the facility is in full compliance with all agencies, <br /> laws, and regulations regarding the Carter Road Egg Farm. <br /> A) Should a complaint be made against the facility <br /> (i.e., fly-breeding and/or odor) and the complaint is <br /> found to be valid, an additional $78.00 per/hour will <br /> be charged for all time necessary to bring facility into compliance. <br /> B) Violations found during routine inspections will be subject to <br /> all costs to bring facility into compliance. <br />
