Dog food on site must be stored in a durable container with tight fitting lid to prevent the <br /> propagation of insects/vermin. <br /> 7. There must be a Manure Management Plan submitted to the Environmental Health <br /> Department for review and approval. <br /> 8. There must be up-to-date rabies vaccination documentation on site for all dogs in the <br /> kennel. <br /> D. Kennels are subject to a yearly permit, a fee and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Department. <br /> E. A convenient water supply and waste water disposal system meeting the requirements of the <br /> Environmental Health Department shall be available for washing food preparation equipment, <br /> bathing of animals, as well as washing down shelters and pens or dog runs. <br /> F. All liquid and solid wastes and vector problems associated with this kennel operation are to be <br /> retained on the premises so as not to cause a nuisance or a health problem. Any complaints <br /> that are verified against this site will be charged the Environmental Health Department hourly <br /> rate of$125 for response and correction, as per the Board of Supervisor's Resolution B-92- <br /> 1591. <br /> G. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9- <br /> 1110.4). <br />
