We are in full compliance with the conditions of <br />our permit. <br />As you know, the EPA 503 sludge disposal regulations have been published and the new <br />rules are self -implementing. As you can see from the attached materials, we have met <br />the metals concentrations for both the alternative and the ceiling limits in the new <br />regulations. We are collecting additional data this year on both the EPA 503 metals and <br />the pathogens and will be submitting all data to EPA by Feb. 19, 1994. <br />We are meeting the requirements for a Class B sludge and may even meet those for a <br />Class A. <br />Please call if you have any comments or questions. <br />Sincerely, <br />Darrell D.
