The Phase II expansion will be done wholly at local cost <br /> with no additional State or Federal loans or grants. <br /> This project is expected to use approximately 3. 3 million <br /> kilowatt-hours per year of electricity. <br /> Impacts on Cultural Resources: A qualified cultural resources <br /> specialist has determined that there are no significant cultural <br /> or historical features located in the direct impact zone. The <br /> State Historic Preservation Officer has concurred that there will <br /> be no effects on properties included in or eligible for inclusion <br /> in the National Register of Historic Places as a result of this <br /> project. Should previously unidentified cultural resources be <br /> discovered during construction, all activity in the immediate <br /> vicinity of the find will cease. The National Register <br /> eligibility of the find will be determined by appropriately <br /> qualified experts in consultation with the State Historic <br /> Preservation Officer.
