Thea of the F & W Cattle #1, Exemption Disposal Site Permit <br /> The site is located on 19015 S. McKinley Avenue, Manteca (32 acres). <br /> 0 Ed Padilla, Senior R.E.H.S. introduced a staff report into the record. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING OPENED: <br /> PROPONENTS: Robert Ronyak was present to answer questions. He made the following <br /> points: <br /> • Mr. Ronyak from the F & W Cattle Co. presented slides on the site. The slides <br /> consisted of equipment; watering truck, tractors, hauling truck, invoices, etc... a map <br /> of facility and surrounding properties, and a log of deliveries made to the facility this <br /> past year; July through August. <br />
