The San Joaquin County Solid Waste Independent Hearing Panel met on December 8, 1992 at <br /> 7:00 p.m., in the Public Health/Planning Commission Auditorium, 1601 East Hazelton Avenue, <br /> Stockton, California. <br /> The-meeting was called to order by Supervisor George Barber <br /> The Pledge of Allegiance to the flag was given. <br /> Roll Call: <br /> (present) Panel <br /> Supervisor George Barber <br /> Robert Harrell <br /> Thomas Sanchez <br /> smff <br /> James Miller, Supervising R.E.H.S. <br /> Ed Padilla, Senior R.E.H.S. <br /> Steve Sasson, Senior R.E.H.S. <br /> (absent) None <br /> Election of Supervisor George Barber for Chairperson: Tom Sanchez elected, Robert Harrell <br /> second, and George Barber agreed. <br /> Mr. Padilla explained State Law CCR 18215, findings required to approve the exempt permit <br /> and thea process for the proponents & opponents. <br /> 1. Thea of the F & W Cattle #1, Exemption Disposal Site Permit <br /> The site is located on 19015 S. McKinley Avenue, Manteca (32 acres). <br /> 0 Ed Padilla, Senior R.E.H.S. introduced a staff report into the record. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING OPENED: <br /> PROPONENTS: Robert Ronyak was present to answer questions. He made the following <br /> points: <br /> • Mr. Ronyak from the F & W Cattle Co. presented slides on the site. The slides <br /> consisted of equipment; watering truck, tractors, hauling truck, invoices, etc... a map <br /> of facility and surrounding properties, and a log of deliveries made to the facility this <br /> past year; July through August. <br />
