As to the concern of <br /> spreading other than mud and bits of tomatoes, Mr. Ronyak agreed to the permit specifying the <br /> allowance of predominately mud and bits of tomatoes and vines. <br /> PUBLIC BEARING CLOSED <br /> It was agreed by the panel to change the conditions of the permit to allow spreading of <br /> predominantly mud and bits of tomatoes and vines only. Added to the conditions were <br /> requirements to send a copy of the water test results from a state approved lab to the <br /> Environmental Health Division and for the operator to use good dust control practices. <br /> MOTION- Moved, seconded (Sanchez - Harrell) and carried by a vote of 3-0 to: <br /> 1. Deny the appeal; and <br /> 2. Amend the permit conditions as follows: <br /> a. Material allowed predominately tomato mud. <br /> b. Institute dust control measure that would comply to San Joaquin Valley Air <br /> Pollution Control District requirements. <br /> C.
