CARREE C. FISHER <br /> Environmental Compliance Officer <br /> - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - <br /> Ms. Fisher ensures that the Forward, Inc. Landfill is in compliance with all permits and <br /> applicable regulations. She maintains contact with all regulators that have authority relative to <br /> landfill operations. As the main contact for Forward with all of the Federal, State, City and <br /> County regulatory branches, she is responsible for required reports and correspondence, attends <br /> meetings and maintains an ongoing dialogue with the individuals of the various departments. <br /> While working with the various regulators, Ms. Fisher delegates various tasks to other <br /> tmembers of the Forward team in addition to consultants. When securing a consultant for a <br /> specific scope of work, she is charged with arranging for a written proposal and approving the <br /> proposal for acceptance. Once the consultant is secured, she supplies for specific information <br /> r and suggestions on the work being performed. She reviews all draft reports and approves final <br /> documents. <br /> Ms. Fisher oversees the work of the environmental staff, keeps track of all projects and <br /> prioritizes all projects and procedures. She evaluates the landfill operations from an <br /> environmental protection viewpoint and the effectiveness of the waste acceptance programs on <br /> an ongoing basis. Direct inspections of the facility and weekly facility meetings keep her abreast <br /> of the condition of the landfill. <br /> She keeps current on all developments directly and indirectly affecting the landfill.
