The applicant conduct surveys to disclose the presence of listed species on the <br /> project site prior to any further action. <br /> 3. If sensitive species are located on the project site, the applicant should prepare a <br /> habitat management plan which either avoids impacts to sensitive species or <br /> reduces impacts to a level that is below significant. <br /> Pursuant to Public Resources Code sections 21092 and 21092.2, the DFG requests <br /> written notification of proposed actions and pending decisions regarding this project. Written <br /> notifications should be directed to this office. <br /> The applicant should be advised that work within the flood plain, but not limited to <br /> diversion or obstruction of the natural flow or changes in the channel,bed, or bank of any river, <br /> stream,or lake,will require notification to the DFG as required by Fish and Game Code Section <br /> 1600 et seq. The notification(with fee), and subsequent agreement, must be completed prior to <br /> initiating any such work. Notification tot he DFG should be made after the project is approved <br /> by the lead agency.
