Tank and Secondary Containment Assessment Irerracon
Lustre-Cal Facility Lodi, CA
April 22, 2019 Terracon Project No. NA197014
J
+ 1
s.
Photo 6- Looking northeast at the three 540 gallon polyethylene hazardous waste storage tanks.
During the time of inspection only tank T8 and T9 contained liquid. As hazardous waste process
liquid enters the system from an inside wash basin, storage tanks T8 and T9 fill up to a point of
roughly 490 gallons or 90 percent capacity. The hazardous waste storage tanks (T8, T9 and
T10)are used during business hours. Tank T10 acts as a back-up for times when more capacity
is needed, and for future expansion or use change.
■ No visual leakage was observed from the openings or fittings around the tank.
■ The interior and exterior surfaces were clean and free of leakage.
■ The nozzles, piping, gauges, and valves were free of leakage and were in good
condition.
Material Storage Information:
The following table illustrates the Chemical Material usage for the site:
Responsive ■ Resourceful ■ Reliable
