The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been addressed for DUQUE BROTHERS INC as of July 06, 2020. The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) annually for 2018, 2019, and 2020. The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: Violation #10 - Failed to submit revisions to business plan within 30 days of substantial change in operations. During the inspection, two 55 gallon drums of antifreeze, one 120 gallon tank of used antifreeze, and three 275 gallon totes of diesel exhaust fluid were found and the updated information has not been reported. Within 30 days of one the following events, business shall electronically update the information submitted to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS): -A 100 percent or more increase in the quantity of a previously disclosed material. -Any handling of a previously undisclosed hazardous materials -A change of business address, business ownership, or business name.
