The Division Engineer of the operating company or his <br /> designee shall provide technical assistance in develop- <br /> ment of plans and specs and inspect maintenance work <br /> performed by Port's contractor to determine that it <br /> conforms to plans and specs and is acceptamee for <br /> railroad operations. <br /> 5. Cost of track maintenance to the Port shall be billed <br /> against the operating company who will in turn apportion <br /> r <br /> it among trunk line carriers in accordance with applicable <br /> agreements- <br /> 6. <br /> greements.6.
