If a plume is identified and delineated and there is no in- <br /> dication that groundwater has been impacted, excavate all <br /> contaminated soil and place it on plastic sheeting on the <br /> asphalt in a nearby area for storage until disposed .of . <br /> Note: The Port of Stockton will probably handle the soil <br /> disposal . <br /> 8.
