507A t4N
Environmental Technology Inc — -_
rThe areal extent of petroleum related contaminant plume in soil has been
delineated on-site The areal extent of groundwater plume appeared to
be contained in and around the source area (i e , former pump island)
(Figures 5 and 6)
• MW-8 has further delineated the extents of the plume to the northwest
The plume does not appear to have migrated off-site in that direction.
Based on these and past observations and full delineation of the areal extent of
contaminant plume. SOTA recommends further quarterly groundwater
monitoring to evaluate the seasonal change in the groundwater contamination
plume at U-Haul Center. Further, following approval from San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Division, SOTA will develop an appropriate site remedial
' action plan (RAP) to remove dissolved volatile hydrocarbon compounds from
the groundwater at U-Haul center The RAP will recover dissolved hydrocarbon
from the groundwater and contain the contaminant plume "on-site"
1
1
10
